Description:	We need a solution that calculates the cost of importing goods via freight container and can calculate the costs per box. The solutions will need to take into account Multiple currency payment USD/GBP to pay for an order hence fluctuation in the currency and wire fees. Boxes of several sizes loaded in a shipping container. Hence allocation of price dependant of specific space used. Be able to breakdown boxes containing multiple items and work out a per box price. I.E 10 Boxes containing 30 items, 5 boxes containing 100 items etc. There must be space for VAT duty and other costs. There must be a method to calculate estimated turn over and gross margins. Basic accounting knowledge maybe required. I have attached a sample.zip that shows what we need and some ideas already done excel. You can use any scripting language you choose, you can run it locally or via a webpage we have ASP.NET servers SQL databases etc readily available. We need a good clean accurate facility with printing and savable options. This project must be able to show figures including and not including the VAT charge and be able to be saved locally or on a web server. Please don’t bid if you have never done a similar project, or cannot work independently on you own. I will not have time to keep telling you what needs to be done or what to do. I have offered similar projects two times already with poor results and failing to accomplish any really goals. So no lairs or people thinking they will bid to make some fast money.
