Description

Ski holiday review website. I am looking for a web designer / team who can work using there own initiative to develop, design, and upload a ski review website. The website should offer the user the ability to read or write reviews on chalets or hotels which they have stayed in. The website will offer over 1000 different accommodation types all of which will need to be uploaded onto the website to include photos and descriptions. These photos and description will be taken from another live website.
Each review will include a small questionnaire from which the overall rating of the property will be decided, there will also be a section where the client can leave his or her own comments.

The website must have a search facility on the front page for users to locate exact properties and will have a keyword search feature aswell. Again a good example of this is - http://www.thomson.co.uk/holiday-reviews/holiday-reviews.html

Each property will have a pricing and availability feature at the bottom of each page which will link back to my other ski website which is already built with the idea that they will read a good review and then book through this company.

If you type holiday review into Google you will see a lot of bad example of holiday review websites, I want a fresh and funky website which looks and works brilliantly. It is important that I can add features once the website has been built and that the winning bidder is available to make constant changes if necessary. For this there will be set retainer each month which you will be paid regardless of whether work is needed doing or not, this will be around $200 a month.

I am only interested in people who can work on there own, people who understand exactly what I require and people who can meet the timeframes and quotes which they have given. In order to ensure that this project is finished to the highest standard the winning bidder will be paid by escrow once the website has been built or once the website starts to look like I would like It.
