Description:	I'd like to have several thousand records (would start less than 64,000 but then at some point in the next 90 days, would jump to more than that, so I'd anticipate maybe SQL DB on the back end, but maybe something less robust for starters - pls include recommendation of back end data architecture in project) in a single table as follows: Field names for each record: City Zip Code Loan Amount Loan Position Interest Rate Property Value Then I'd like to have an entry page on a site like www.housingmaps.com for example, except instead of City input it'd be Zip) that requests users to input a zip code. The site would then return a map set at a default zoom level of, say, city level, or maybe 50 mile radius from that zip code, with markers for all the records within that area. On mouseover, the data on those data points would appear in a pop up. And along the side of this map would be a list of all those records within the state. Also at the top of the list would be a sum total of the field "Loan Amount" and a count of the "Number of Loans" for all records within the targeted data set. The map itself could be replicated off www.Housingmaps.com - with map view and satellite view. The database would be updated on a regular (unknown interval) basis. Not sure if this is clear enough, but this is what I'm trying to develop. A sample of the data set is attached. I'd want this transferred to our host provider, and all original source files, with easy access to the database in order to update it. No idea what language or program would be best. You recommend one but keep it simple please. If making it easier for you involves copying sourcecode or adapting from Housingmaps.com, go right ahead.
