Description:	Dear Developers, I need an EXACT clone of ELANCE or GURU.COM site with all its features and functions, including the same design. We are looking for a complete clone of Elance developed either in ASP, PHP or.Net. We are only looking at high quality developed with complete source code. Please do not bid if you are planning to provide any of the ripped off cheap versions available out on the internet. We have checked all of them. Please do not offer scripts like getafreelancer.com, getacoder.com or other standart scripts. While placing the bid, please try to arrange the DEMO for us or provide features document explaining the features available in your product. Please place bid if you have done this kind of project before. A DEMO for the same or similar project will be highly considered. Budget can be negotiated and increased if you can deliver the EXACT clone of ELANCE or GURU.COM site with SAME functions, SAME features, and SAME design. Particularly the member PROFILE part should be EXACTLY the same as the ELANCE or GURU.com one. Assumptions - For ODESK clone: You will NOT be responsible for client installed application that captures screen and webcam images and uploads them to your application, this is handled by other teams. You will be required to create a PHP/MYSQL version of the website that hosts all data and can perform all functions of site. Including reporting functions plus graphing and member profile with portofio. Online Test will be integrated to the site and freelancer's profile (please refer to the ODESK site). The Homepage Style should be like the GURU or ELANCE site, and you will need to stick to the site's look and feel, you will be required to then finish the implementation of this look into the entire site with all features. If you feel that you can commit to quick delivery of a subset of functionality please PM me. This project has to be done quickly and preferably by a team that has done previously work. This will be just the start of this site so the programmer awarded this job will be paid additional for all future needs I may have to modify and add features as I may need in the future.
