Looking at a potential Drupal project; looking to find how affordable it can be done. This client really wants an effective CMS.

You will have no design work (I will be either preparing PSD and all design elements or provide the layout coded in XHTML/CSS)

The project is for a small community business organization. We need a full CMS with the following capabilities:
Key features:
-Community Events Calender that can also be downloaded and printed.
-A form with the ability to upload pictures from community events.
-Survey/Poll feature
-Gallery/Pictures section
-'News' section, which achieves older articles.
-Message board to communicate meetings.
-Members section for members only, maybe with a rotation password for members only OR accounts where they can login. This section will include a message board/forum.

**** Any bid without a PM which includes samples of Drupal sites will be ignored. The more information you include relative to my project and how you'll do it the better off you look.
