I am seeking an innovative programmer with above average skills to develop a digital product security application similar to that seen on the websites below

Please particularly not the functional feature each of the above product offers, because those functions are also required in this application

The above products are all web based products which requires the user to pay a monthly fee in order to access the service providers website in order to use the application.

IMPORTANT: The major difference between the above applications and the application I require is that while this application can either be a web based, or PC based, it must be a stand alone application that a user would own, install and manage on their own computer and or servers. That way the user is responsible for the ongoing management of the application.


Potential bidders, please note the following points:

1..Please don't bid unless you have the required skill sets to develop such an application.

2..Bidders will be required to provide a clear detailed functionality plan (or flowchart) showing how you will see the application working.

3..UI's for the application must be simple in designs and user friendly.

4..Ensure you completely understand the requirements of what is needed to develop the application, as you are required to submit an accurate bid and not a 'placeholder' bid.
