We need this program to the following
Download Zip files from a remote site
Unzip the files into the local server
Insert the raw data (from a text file into MySQL Data base
Be able to generate a report based on multiple factors (we will need to have some stored procurers to speed things up)
You will be responsible to create the tables in the database.
You will be responsible to create the web application
