I need a site that holds some of similar applications to the following link.

All I really need is a document management portion. I know a lot of you developers already have this web part. Its a Microsoft webpart.
A lot of this scripting comes free with some php applications.
I just need an admin control to control the users profile and permissions and of course the document management portion. If you have any suggestions feel free to advise.

The developer I choose will also have to upload it to a site domain that I will provide.

Please provide a sample of your work preferably a similar site to this.
