Description

The attached folder contains a very small program for calculating elliptical arc and angle in VB 6.
I would like to convert it to VB 2003 and implement a couple of basic tasks to it, then make to the web base program
It does matter what language or script you will use.

Please see complete source code except formula for calculating ellipse angle which I will send you after your selection

We have reduced the scope of the this project by eliminating the conversion VB6 to VB 2003
