Description

I would like to get a site where people will be able to show videos from different sources (you tube etc) mentioning the URL, and as an option uploading some videos.

It would be a site where people could be part of a community, where registration, discussion forum are used

If you have experience or have some ideas let me know some samples , maybe something like www.metacafe.com (with basic features only) www.telurica.com (in spanish) or www.dailymotion.com would be perfect (here they upload videos)
