1. VERY IMPORTANT

This project is, for legal reasons only open to GAF members in the following locations (exceptions apply - see below):

Any country wholly within Europe + Russia.
Any member state of the British Commonwealth.
France DOM-TOM.
Any country within South or Central America.
The following additional countries:

Israel, China (Peoples' Republic), China (Taiwan), Japan, South Korea, Mongolia, Vietnam, Loas, Kampuchea, Thailand, most Atlantic, Pacific and Indian Ocean islands.

Exceptions:

This project is NOT open to any GAF member in the USA, any United States protected territory or any other country not detailed above.

2. The present website is written largely in PHP.

If you would find it easier to use an alternative then please let me know in your bid.

3. You MUST SUPPLY me with ONE (JUST ONE, NOT MORE) LIVE site URL displaying similar gallery features that one of your clients is currently using.

4. Please read the attached document carefully. I will be able to spot very easily if you have not read it as there is a specific requirement for information contained within the document.

5. I have a new domain name ready to apply to this web site. Details follow.

6. Please don't give me "War and Peace" in your bid.
