Description

I am in need of a new solution for an existing website:

Requires the ability for 2 levels of user to register, as well as a functional administration system
User 1 can upload data, modify data and photos and create property listings, change/add rates, etc
User 2 can create wishlists from the existing posted listings
User 2 can also contact Users in 1 via email inquiry with required and free form fields with a drop copy to the admin
Admin can add/modify and delete any information, set display priority and manage banner rotation, etc

The db must have reporting capabilities on Users 1, Users 2, and properties

I will be happy to give the name of the site and give more details in PM.
I can also provide competitor sites that have features I would like added.

I will provide the Domain Name and the site will be Hosted at Yahoo or Go Daddy.
What platform this is built on is less important to me than flexibility and functionality.

Once we create the system - all data currently in our database will need to be moved over
