I need a web site created with all the functions and a clone of lunchtimedeals.com Need done asap (30 Days!)

Other details

1. Need a SIgn in for Users area where they register. The difference between the website listed above and my website is that the users will only have access to the coupons only if they are a logged in member of the website.

2. Sign in area for Users to enter their email address , phone, zip code, company name etc. (I will give you a complete list of fields when the job is awarded)

3. I will create the logo, and color scheme. But I want to be able to update the restaurant coupons as an admin, as well as have the users send the coupons via sms to the users cell phones. I need to also be able to export the list of members and there email address and zip codes to an excel file so that I may mass email on occasion.

4. As long as the back-end is setup, I would like access to all the webpages, so that I can update the FAQ, About Us, etc...

5. As an Admin on the site, I will add restaurant profiles my self. Also am interested in linking the reviews under the restaurant profiles to yelp.com (for reviews), and along with coupons that able to be sent via sms, I want the user to be able to email the coupon to there account.

6. Search Options - We are interested in 3 different options for searching for deals.
a. Search by Zip Code & Style - Just like the current website.
b. Search by Restaurant Name
c. Graphic Interface where the City is laid out into 6 broad regions. Then the user is able to click on the proper region. Once the area is selected, the user would be zoomed in to find the proper zip codes in that region.

7. Unsubscribe Option for Mass Emails. - I want to remove the option to unsubscribe to emails from the left hand side of the menu. I want to make it very difficult to remove from the mass emails. They should be required to login, and go to "My Account" and unselect "Unsubscribe"

Things that are not important right now.... (Ignore & Avoid)
1. Restaurant Login - ( I will add coupons to the website, and the restaurant will not have an option to add there own info)
2. Other Cities - We will be focusing on one city, eventually we will add more cities in the future.
3. Banner Advertisements - We don't need to worry about the banner advertisements on the left and right columns, we can just avoid those.
4. Avoid the Clip option - Don't need the user to be able to clip the website, especially when the deals are changing often.
