Description

I need a software that has

hundreds of non blacklisted IP from UK, US, France, Italy etc

can change IP in one click.

The software must have two option that it can hide and change IP.

It can be done in any language desktop/web appl anything.

Payment will be made through paypal GAF after testing demo

APPLES! I can do this, I was wondering If you wanted a specific language or Environment? I could do both Windows or a Unix environment, and C/C++ to ruby would all be fine. as well as 100 dollars is fine for the payment! Get back to me with specifics!
