Description:	We are looking for a professional car classified site to be designed. We are not looking for a template look and feel, but something that stands out from the rest and is easy to use. Users would be able to have either a free account to post a basic ad or paid accounts allowing pictures and modifying. So payment gateway like paypal, authorize and another local gateway would need to be done. Site needs to be designed to allow admin to modify things easily without having any programming expertise so a great CMS on the back end will be needed. Exact User Interface and Functionalities. I am not looking for an off the shelf product, i want something which is built exactly to my requirements. IF YOU HAVE NOT NOT DONE A SIMILAR SITE BEFORE PLEASE I DON'T NEED NEWBIES. WHAT I NEED: - The Programming. - The Site Design. - And Script Installation. - I'd also like a mailing list sign up form. - I also need an Admin Log in Section - A News Section - A Membership Area with Different Features - A Forum/Message Board It must be able to search by postcode and radius. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: 1. Please DON’T ask me to visit your site to look into all links that are irrelevant to this project 2. Please provide me with links to 3 or 4 large/enterprise web applications that you have developed and proven successful, you need to give me the user ID and password of the front and back ends of the website to prove those are developed by you 3. Bidders cannot list their company logos on the completed website and must sign a non-disclosure agreement, we will have the full source code, copyrights and license for completed website. 4. Guarantee for LIFETIME... 5. Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP 7.At the time of (not after) entering a bid, you unambiguously agree to prepare FSD/requirement analysis document based on my job description above for my confirmation and approval before you can go ahead even if your bid has been chosen. If you need this work and want a lasting relationship with me over the years then you will find it with me. If you think that you will take my money again you can forget it. This time I plan to screen more carefully. I picked one of the highest bidders thinking they would be more dedicated. I was wrong. I am very willing to pay. I will pay whoever can build the site. I will pay them later to make updates and help out. It would be a great relationship as I have 6 other sites I need script done. I am unable to install this script or keep it going. OTHERS: We would like to work only with people, who can appreciate deadline requirements, as we do not have the time to explain things to people to understand. After the completion of the development and launch of the site, I will immediately give the winning developer additional jobs on improving, maintenance and regular major upgrades.
