Description

I need a online webapp/webscript that will receive a csv file, make a few formatting changes and put the result file out in XML to a .aspx page on another site.

Initial File CSV format = Date and Time, DID, Answered Duration, CLI
Initial File Example = 2009-06-30 12:45:23,8445040000,0.25,1155559152
Result File XML format = Date, Time, DID, Call Answered, Duration of Call, CLI, STD Name
Result File Example: 2009-06-30,12:45:23,8445040000,Y,0.25,1155559152, Nottingham

Result File Field Explainations:

Date = Derived from the initial file field "Date and Time"
Time = Derived from the initial file field "Date and Time"
DID = Same as initial file field "DID"
Call Answered = Derived from the initial field "Answered Duration" (if > 0 = Y, if = 0 = N)
Duration of Call = Same as initial file field "Answered Duration"
CLI = Same as initial file field "CLI"
STD Name = Derived from the initial file field "CLI" (Reference Table as per atached file "UK STD Codes.xlsx". Match first 4 or 5 digits of "CLI" field to STD Code in Table and enter in this field as the STD Name) (Ignore CLIs starting with 3,5,7,8 or 9 and blank CLIs)

The initial file will need to be FTPed to the server running this app every hour and the conversaion done and result file transfered to the custoemrs website directly after every hour.

Although my budget is for a very small project $25 - $250, we would like to get this done within the next 7 days at for about $100.
