Description:	Its a simple CMS project. You may use Joomla/Mambo/Drupal and customize it according to my requirements. In case 3rd party extensions are needed, I will be able to get you the extensions too. My only condition is to finish all the job withing the time we both agree in advance. So please read the attached document and ask me as many questions as you like. Escrow payment available for serious, competent programmers. Those who don't read the attached document or are not serious and alert enough won't receive a respond. The most competent one will get the job even if his/her bid is not the lowest. My budget is not so much but I will do my best to award the serious and hardworking individual. I want the job to be done in the best possible way and in the pre-agreed duration of time. The only difference between the old and the new one is that I have put divided the work in 3 (almost equal phases) and also added on small clarification regarding paypal. The chosen bidder will work on the project with respect to the phases. After he/she finishes the each of the 3 phases, I will pay instantly for that phase (1/3rd of total money).
