JOB SYNOPSIS:
Looking for the best looking YouTube type clone I can get my hands on at the best price.

JOB DETAILS:
It doesn't have to look exactly like YouTube, but I would definitly need a nice banner management tool installed with it with several banners for sponsors to post their ads along with a RSS Feed and Blog which could connect to any video or picture upload. Basically, the same features such as allowing the general public to vote (with an IP tracker to prevent multiple bids on the same video or picture by the same person) on each image and the same features as YouTube, but have a nice icon on the site where visitors may see the item of the month which is being given away to the person who is voted best video or picture and blog attatchement which the product(s) would be awarded quarterly (each 3 months). This would be to keep the site busy and keep everyone comming back often. The banners would be for sponsorship and a full admin would be needed for this preferably with a nice way for sponsors to make payment for banner uploads. Sponsors should have an admin they could log into to view their views and clicks ratio with details if possible such as a graph which could show the region the click originated from by country.

With regards to the blog, a blog should be mounted ( I can provide any one of many free blog scripts I own from Fantastico in my Cpanel unless you know of one better ) and below each video or picture would have a button "Read My Blogs".

Finally, some light graphic arts would be needed to make it look good. This site is going to be a related site for my main business of Import / Export Wholesale of Corals and Marine Fish. Thus, I would like some pictures, banners, or other which would make it look like it's specifically made only for these types of video and pictures which it will be.

The site will be used "Exclusively" for uploads by Marine, Tropical Fish, Reef, Pond, Koi, and Water Garden Hobbyists! A small icon next to each image should be available to "report misuse" to a moderator via email or to an admin listing to show the link of an inapropriate image or video.

Anyone may view the site in it's entirety but you must register to post and some sort of security should be implemented to keep bots from doing so automatically such as with the use of a word or alpha numeric confirmation often seen obscured to prove you are a real live person and not a bot.

If you don't have to build something custom and a program like this already exists, great! Provide a link in my PM so I may see it even if it's close if you think you can implement the rest of the requirements.

Money is a big factor for me as this is going to be a "free for use" site and I'm sponsoring it just to see if it helps my site get some advertising so give me your best bid and I can promise you as most of you know by now, I hire a lot of freelancers and will be a returning customer. I often overload my freelancers with too much work and have many freelancers working for me in India, Canada, USA, UK, Singapore and China right now as we speak. Get me a good bid, provide good service and quality and I will assure you immediate future business.

My budget is about $300. If your bid is more, that's okay. Let me see it and I promise to compare evenly across the board to all who bid their best prices to the quality of programming I can get for the money. If you are going to use a prewritten program like ClipShare or something, I'll tell you ahead of time I'm only interested in the best so be sure it's the pro version and the latest release otherwise I'm not going to be interested.
