Develop A plug in bidding script from scratch, without using open source codes

embedded into our several hosted classified websites.

Those hosted classified sites are in asp, jsp, php etc. and hosted on different platforms.

product database will be fetched from classified website, so you will not develop that. You will not develop shopping cart etc.
(sellers are registered by classified sites.)


The script you will develop needs the following:
Buyers registration database
generation of a secret code for bidders.
Bidding functionality,
Bid result will be shown in different ways.

Filtering bids by using 2 or 3 parameters ( methods ) based on sellers options.

Email functionality
private message board
webmaster control panel for different features,
installer/api etc.

flash demo 6-7 pages

we have one classified script, you will host it on our server and
plug into it the script developed by you.
classifieds database and new script databases will work in conjunction.

Plus all minor details. Security features, scalable to handle thousands of users at a time.
Please bid keeping in mind that 10-15% extra work could be involved which I might have missed.
This will be ongoing project.

Later scheduling and chat scripts to be embedded
