(unfortunately I use Office 2000 not 2007) Do you want to do it for one file only ? If yes, I have the simple solution for you. 1. Make an attach table in your Access file to a table in prepared SQL Database. Do Insert 5 times from 5 table to the attach table. Make an empty Access file, import the data, or if using SQL Server export the data to an empty Access file. You'll get the result. Import/export never as hard as union query. 2. Export all to SQL Database, create 6th table, insert 5 times from 5 table to the 6th table. Export to an empty Access file.
