Description:	ASP net Programmer with design Web design skills I’m looking for a part time programmer who can devote 30+hours a week on my site 3-4 hrs daily + 10 hors over Saturday and Sunday $100.00/ month -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------An individual only, I’m am not looking to work with any companies! Good Personality, ability to get on and work wit speed as with TOTAL accuracy are vital requirements. The task are all kinds of bug fixing, implement changes, doing additional modules etc etc.. content change , etc for a fashion jewellery e commerce site. You will be work part time and this will be extra supplementary income for you: NOTE: IF YOU WORK FULL TIME DURING THE DAY AND EXPECT TO DO THIS TASK AT EVENING.. THIS WILL NOT WORK! THROUGH MY EXPERIENCE, ITS NOT PRACTICAL TO DO THIS AND YOU WILL PHYSICALLY NOT BE ABLE TO COPE AND BE ALERT. I HAVE TRIED THIS BEFORE; IT SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK!. Tasks will include very simple to often complex things. You are NOT the only person we will be working for as major projects are taken care of my specialists in their fields to who we award continuous project base works. Skills: OUR site is written in ASP, so you need to be 100% fluent with this. I am NOT looking for some one who is a learner! You need to understand e commerce sites. Photoshop is essential Layout of programming code and its effect on Relevance on SPIDERS which crawl the site is also of importance to understand. I.e. a certain amount of SEO knowledge, so that when our specialists advise to implement changes, you know how to go about doing this. You have a 100% secure and stable( with out interruptions) broadband connection The person: Honesty and sincerity are paramount attributes. I rather work with some one less skilled , but who how’s signs of stability and working with me on a long term basis… I will need a reference from 2 separate people about you, and your abilities. A photograph and a CV would be also a good way of starting with a cover letter. Ability to communicate in ENGLISH with fluency is VITAL You will be required to sign a NDA, as well send a copy of your passport and a current utility bill to authenticate your self. A very flexible approach to work and amicable in all aspects. You must be genuinely interested in doing good work, enjoy doing this and be loyal to the work at hand! You will be required to chat daily via skype to my self to discuss work, and the report back. A report scheme will be put in place to document your work and time spent. I AM not LOOKING FOR SOME ONE WHO WANTS TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK AND THINK THEY CAN FOOL THEY WAY THRU THE WORK. I am too knowledgeable about what I need for this to happen!
