Posting as new opportunity, even though I had previous post. Problem is that too may details were needed and conversations were too many to keep up with. I will post all the information up front here. Attachment to this message includes the page in question. All other details should be accessible below.

Currently, I have an asp page that leverages the .NET framework. It current takes in a start time and stop time and performs that function after clicking a submit button. This is all done on an ASPX page.

However, on this page, I have no way to save the filename.

I need to have a field to specify the filename, so it gets named accordingly.

Should be a very short project. If selected, I have copies of the wwwroot for everything, so I can send them to you.

Here is a sample filename if done OUTSIDE of the web interface:

ComedyCentral (SouthPark)-TESTFILENAME1234-2009-11-11-0

The format of that file is

Title Episode-Name-YYYY-MM-DD-InstanceNumber

A saple of the web page that your asking for here, when clicking submit the file is saved in the proper directory:

D:\Recorded TV\

So for the same show as above, it auto saves as:

ComedyCentral-2009-11-11-0

What I want it to save as would be:

Title-CustomName (VERY SIMPLE, Just title, custom name)

If you could get the save function to write a directory in D:\Recorded TV\ that is the name of the Title, in which it would save the GenClip output from. You will be selected.

For example scenario above would of saved output "Title-Customname.mpg" to the D:\Recorded TV\Title\Title-Customname.mpg

If you read the documentation, you will see that the source code has all the information out there about the ClipGen Utility.

I NEED SOMEONE WILLING TO STAY UP HOWEVER LONG THIS TAKES TILL IT GETS FIXED.

There is no development environment. You need to provide for me to fix. The actual application is not available remotely!.

-I would like this completed in 0 to 1 day, maybe 2 days tops.
-Investigate this description and make sure you can do the work prior to bidding. I want you to explain to me exactly how long it will take.
-Preferrably, you should be able to get the majority of the code done without any further interaction with me.
-Future work might be possible depending on performance and functionality here.
-PLEASE RESEARCH PRIOR TO PUTTING OUT BID.
-I do not plan on being a personal tutor of the system if you have failed to read the documentation first!
-This is complex enough that people whom are casual coders cannot fix. You need to understand code completely.
