Description: I am looking for a site to be developed. The site is for bicycle owners. Owners can put their bikes up for sale.
The basic idea is for the sellers/owners to register. Once registered they can place adverts of their bikes on the website for a fee.

When placing an advert they need to upload a photo and description of their bicycle they want to sell with price and contact details. It then goes to a payment gateway for payment. For the fee the adverts will stay for a limited period. The adverts can be edited or period extended.

Hello providers! I would be more than glad if you can do this through open source system like osc, drupal, or joomla.

a. Do not have a design or template.
b. Preferably one that can pay into South African bank, if not then PayPal
for client also has access to German bank account.

Client already has a domain setup at a php server
with access to MySQL and osCommerce if needed.
