I am looking for a php "paypal pro uk" and " google checkout expert"

I already have paypal pro integrated onto my site, but I currently have a bug where the user is charged for delivery, Deleivery is currently free with orders over £40 but if they use a credit card they get charged still?, So i would like that fixed

There is also no option for the user to pay by meastro/swich i would like this implementing into existing paypal pro uk

it seems fine when paying with paypal site iteself however (strange).

I would also like the user to be able to pay with google checkout but this is not integrated and would need adding by you (seamlessly)

I would also like a solution where the user can buy a product without registering ( obviously I would need to record there details into the database still so the item can be delivered, storing shipping address and billing adress etc...)

THIS IS BASICALY WHAT I WANT !!!

1 fix bug with paypal ( web page still charges for delivery)
2 integrate google checkout
3 install a solution so users can order without having to register!!
4 when filling in credit card details , it gets info from registration details so user doesnt have to re type info
5 all the emails that are sent out with order details are currently hard coded, I want to be able to decide what the look like and what they say, they need to contain info from database like thumbnail, size , price etc.... but be customiseable

currently the code is a bit of a mess so would involve the succesfull applicant to be able to weed through it and figure it out !!!
( sorry about that)

payment will be made imediately AFTER completion, hopefully this wont take long as its a busy period for me.
I wont pay up front, and i wont pay in installments, this is the second time i have re listed this project due to programmers letting me down and dissapearing!!

NOTE: I have been let down by INDIAN programmers 5 times now and if you are going to bid, then make sure you know exactly what you are doing, I want contact every day in good english with regular updates
