Description

I will need to hire someone to build a simple site for sending SMS messages. The site will be very simple, here are the details: (I prefer the worker to have experience with SMS Gateways (Clickatell) and PHP postback scripts):

1. Site must be WEB 2.0 with simple and clean design (AJAX preffered)
2. Every user must be registered to send SMS messages (username will be their e-mail address,linked with their mobile phone number)
3. After a successful registration,the user need to verify their mobile phone number with receiving a verification code via SMS.
4. I will use 2 SMS Gateways for sending SMS messages (the price for 1 SMS is different for each Gateway). Let's say that the price for sending 1 SMS to USA is cheap at Gateway 1,so when the user pick USA for a country the script must send the SMS from the Gateway 1,not from Gateway 2 (it will choose the cheapest price for the specified coyntry).
5. Each user must have SMS balance indication how many SMS messages he can send. I will explain the Purchasing method when I choose the coder. After a successful payment, the postback script will automatically credit the user SMS balance with the necessary credits.
6. Each sent SMS must be stored in the User's SENT Folder (can't be deleted).
7. Contacts (Phonebook) - Where users can enter their friends with phonenumbers for fast SMS sending.
8. Simple admin panel with stats for total sent SMS for the day (also sorted by users), to be able to ban users email/IP address.

I have done similar type of job of SMS gateway integration for SMS banking systems. In which I used both push-pull SMS gateway. Only registered user query is being processed and database used is MySql. Java J2EE is used for the purpose of designing this project.
