Description

I.1 – Brief Description
Database for real-estate website must be suitable for XML feed for Huislijn.nl and based on current realestate database. It must be integrated in the real-estate (joomla)website with an inline frame or make the application a joomla module.

The front end (in the homepage)has a search function with filters and also tumbnails with info for several real-estate properties linking to the detailed description

The searchresult page has extra search filters based on ajax technologie. And on the bottom of the searchresult page there wil be a tag cloud with the city`s linking to a searchresultpage of all the properties in that city.

The detailed view is seperated in tabs (like the huislijn.nl website)

In the back office all the realestate properties can be edit/delete/ and make new entries and you have to give it a minimum graphical style.

The xml file is filled every day with the new and changed properties.

The most important thing: The project must be delevered within of 3-4 weeks
