Description: I'm looking for experienced PHP developer to design web based party invitation and confirmation system similar to this one - http://www.chuckecheese.com/parties/birthday-reserve-your-party.php

When the invitation is sent to people I need them to confirm their attendance by clicking on a link in the email and then providing some more details about them such as address, birthday, age, etc (optional). All the information needs to be stored in mysql database for future processing.
