This is for ACTUAL DEVELOPERS ONLY. If you are a PROJECT MANAGER, or represent a team of developers, then this is NOT FOR YOU (sorry, this is the only way).So, if you are actually the developer who will be writing the code, then PLEASE, PLEASE read on (sorry for the intro... got to get the non-coders out of there).
So, your bidding on 20 hour gig broken up into 5 sessions done over INSTANT MESSENGER, in real time with another developer (ME) and will be paid via Paypal. You'll be 'CLOCKING IN' and 'CLOCKING OUT'. Sound fair? You'll be hopping onto the development team and participating in a site's development.
Need help developing a way to have a reservations and calendar system for a vacation rental management PHP/MYSQL application.
THE PRICE YOU ARE BIDDING IS FOR TWENTY (20) HOUR CHUNKS OF TIME. We would like the opportunity to EXTEND your time by another 20 hour block as this gig needs about 40-60 more hours for FULL LAUNCH.
So, if your are STRONG in PHP/MYSQL and if you also rock at AJAX (optional), then you're working as soon as you friggen want.

The application has five tables in the database: properties, units, calendar, customers, reservations.
This sites PHP/MYSQL development needs:
a) Add Property
b) Add Unit to Property
c) Search fields widget: "Enter Your Arrival Date", "Enter In The # of Days You will be staying." Then render the results for that query
d) "View Calendar" for a unit. Reads database for calendar info, renders calender with availability graphics (CSS based).
