Description

We are looking for freelancer web-developers, that will work on several projects on regular basis. We DO NOT WANT already existing teams or companies, therefore only SINGLE and motivated freelancers' candidatures will be considered. The jobs could be on weekly or monthly basis, part-time or full-time: it depends on candidates’ experience and skills, and on the jobs we have. The projects would be for a long-term cohoperation.

=== REQUIREMENTS ===
The minimum requirements for candidates are:

Programming languages: PHP 4/5, Javascript (Ajax) (experience with C++, Perl and Python is appreciated)
Database: MySql (experience with PostgreSql is appreciated)
Operating System: Linux
Experience: at least 3-5 years in real projects
Skills: OOP (object oriented programming), Google Maps API, widget development, e-commerce,

=== LOCATION ===
We prefer developers from India, but we will consider also candidates from other countries (Asia or Eastern Europe). English language is a requirement, as well as good communication (IM, Google Chat, Skype, etc.).

===CANDITATURE===
Please send your CV with the following information:
1) your personal data (full name, address, email, timezone and how can we contact you, e.g. IM, Skype, etc.; easy communication is fundamental for our evaluation);
2) programming languages you can master, with a description of level of competence (PHP and Javascript are a must)
3) databases you can use (MySql is a must)
4) framework you can master (please specify real experience)
5) how many hours you could be available for us on WEEKLY basis (both a minimum and maximum amount);
6) how much would you like to be payed for a week of work, on the basis of hours available (please specify your amount for hour, as well as for a week)
7) a list of projects you have managed, with related links and documentation (if necessary, we will ask you to demonstrate that you have done a certain job; if you have not a portfolio to show us, we will not consider your position)

===BID===
We are looking for people who can work with less than $ 5-7 per hour.

The price of the bid should be the AMOUNT for a FULL WEEK of work. E.g., if you can work max 30 hours/week at $ 3 per hour, your bid should be $ 90; or, if you can work max 15 hours/week at $ 7 per hour, you will bid $ 105, and so on. Be realistic in your request, excessive pricing will be rejected.

===PAYMENTS===
We will pay on weekly basis, or every 15 days, it depends on projects, via PayPal. We do not accept other payments’ method. We will find an agreement before every new job we assign.

===HOW WE PROCEED==
If you are interested, we will do as follows:
1) send by PM all the information we required above;
2) if we are interested in your candidature, we will send you a small "test-job" you should develop for us in a certain time, to evaluate your capacities, your real experience and specially code-cleanness; the test WILL NOT BE PAYED, and in every case it will be something that can be done in 1 or 2 days max;
3) if we think you passed the test, we will enroll for a period from 1 to 4 weeks (or part of them) in small projects, paying you on weekly basis
4) if also this phase has success, we will include in the list of freelancers we regularly use for our development
