Description

I need someone who can modify an open source project to be a multi-operator web management system.

daloradius.sourceforge.net

Requirements: I need to have separation of "operators" duties.

say operator1 cannot modify/view/change information of users registered under operator2 and vice versa.

so users,hotspots...etc under operator2 is separate from operator1

This is a simple modification the the PHP codes on all functions making the daloradius project a multi-operator panel.

admin will the superadmin of daloradius meaning can administer ALL/everything that operator1 and operator2 ... ..operatorn
