Is anyone able to create a simple PHP application like the one at the above address.

This needs to have a good CSS structure so some work can be put into making it look really nice later on.

It will be used for multiple user accounts so there will have to be a registration and user profile built into it.

There will need to be the option of a free and a paid membership option - fixed price through PayPal.

Not too worried about an administration back end as I know this adds a lot to the cost. This option can be added later if possible.

I currently have $75 I can put into escrow.

I can provide the graphics but the successful applicant will need to provide place holder graphics while working on the template.

The login box will need to be separate so it can be put on any page anywhere - probably the home page of the website it will be hosted on.

I would like the program to have a nice Ajax look and feel about it but at this stage it will need to be kept simple hence the CSS should be designed to make it easy to improve the look of the controls.

Some advertising areas will need to be allowed for e.g. banner ads etc.

This project will be done on a step by step basis over a few months as I have a small monthly budget to work with. The initial $75 I have now is to get the ball rolling.
