We have on simple modification to make and its urgent.
Currently we have our products on index.php scrolling from bottom to up.
Our budget is USD 35

WHAT WE NEED ?
1 - First row scrolling product for "New Products" from left to right.
2 - Second row scrolling product for " Best Sellers" from left to right.
3 - Third row scrolling product for "Promotions" form left to right.
4 - next to the product name , put three icon (zoom image,link to product page & add to cart) . Icon will be provided.
5 - Scrolling idea is inspired from "jQuery" http://code.jquery.com/jquery-latest.js . If u have any idea. please tell us
