Description

Hello all

I need a programmer to develop an Outlook-like web-application, that has the goal to manage contacts (friends, family, clients), as well as a very simple blog.

The requirements are attached. It is a very simple application, and it must be developed in PHP+MySql.

When bidding, please specify your real experience (with links of similar works you have done) and your timezone. I want true freelancers, instead of IT companies. I will not consider candidation of companies.

If you cannot manage an automated CRON job: do not consider in requirements, and put your bid without it (it remains a very simple website)
