Description

I am looking for some one to create a cookie cutter site for me with all the functionality of these two sites. http://www.suite-wetbar.com and http://www.sitedj.com/tilt. I want the look and layout of http://www.suite-wetbar.com created in .tpl files for ease of customizing. I also have the admin login for http://www.sitedj.com/tilt and the back end instructions (please pm for this information).

This project would be created with Ajax, php and mysql.

The idea is to create one site that combines all the features of these two sites with a site admin area for content and color changes to the default template. A template folder with a default template like http://www.suite-wetbar.com should be created with .tpl files for easy customization to the site template.

Developer would have to give up all code and rights to code. the code will be exclusively copyrighted to me and can not be duplicated in part or whole after development by developer, developers business or anyone associated with developer. Developer will agree to keep all information given to developer confidential and will have to agree to sign a NDA (non disclosure agreement) with a non compete clause.
