Description
We are one of Australias largest second hand mobile phone buy-back companies currently specializing in purchasing traded in phones from telco companies.We are looking to enter into the public buy-back area by creating a website that the public can visit, select their mobile phone that they want to sell to us and the website will provide a price that we are happy to pay for the selected mobile phone. This information will be pulled from an existing database.
Once user accepts the price we are offering for their phone, they are taken to an acceptance page where they key in banking details (banks and/or paypal), the user then sends their phone to us, we inspect it to insure it is what the user said it is and then we make the payment into their account.
This process will require the following points:
Visual selection of phones (user clicks thumbnail of their phone).
User is presented with 3 options for that phone (perfect working order, slight superficial issues, not working).
User is then prompted to key in banking details for the payment.
System generates docket including quote number, barcode (to be used by our warehouse). This docket is then mailed in with the phone to us by the user. We then use the docket to link back to the details the user entered into the system.
Once everything checks out (phone condition etc.), we manually make the payment to the user.
The system will need to tie into our warehousing system (online ERP).
We are hoping for as much of the process to be AJAX as possible to minimise page loading (this is not an absolute requirement).
Whole process to be tied into a VERY user friendly layout, clean and professional design.
We are looking to have this done ASAP however we will not be compromising our goals for speed.
We only want to hear from the HIGHEST END DEVELOPERS as this is a complicated project.
