Description: Greetings to all,

Need urgent help with modifications and mods to Magento Commerce.
You need to be confortable with magento in order to bid on this project.
Need mod -
1. Add state to shipping adress at checkout.
2. Help with when selling bulkpack of items.
3. Help with payment module
4. Help with shipping rates.
I want for example if user has postal code 10012>15054 then use a special shipping rate. In this case it will be delivered to their home and the price will be cheaper.
5. Add textarea to checkout where user can write more information to their order, such as when they will be at home etc. etc
6. Help with menu items, because I can not understand how the menu names changes when user picks another language.
7. Product attributes. Add option so that user can select 12 items as bulk, but with a different cheaper price off course.
8. Maybe I need some help to modify the information of packaging slips.
9. May need help with 1 or 2 other mods which I have forgotten to mention here.
