BASIC PROJECT SUMMARY -

There will be 2 parties:

1. X = Clients Registering projects.
2. Y = Industry specialists Searching for projects.

Y can only access CONTACT details or message X within his STATE or CATEGORY (14 main categories).

We need a Paypal enabled monthly or 6-month contract payment system to be integrated into the Y side of the website.
They will be paying us for the services rendered. This will be implemented using a membership system. They will select 1 "area of practice" out of 14. They will select ONE state out of 52 States. The price will be computed based on these 2 fields and they can pay through Paypal.

The Y party will be able to see cases from ALL states and ALL 14 "area of practice) BUT can only contact X customer who are in their State or area of practice. If they want to contact others, they will pay accordingly.


If you can tweak an existing dating or job portal script to fit our needs, that would save us both a lot of time. But if you feel that coding from scratch would be easier for you, then when are not against that.

The site has to look classy, professional, innovative, Web 2.0 and minimalistic, VERY easy to use for both parties with many AJAX functionalities..
