Description: I want an upload form, in simple HTML, where i can upload one or more picture, on the same site without refreshing
(like --> http://www2.blocket.se/ai/form/0?ca=5_s ).
The picture will be stored on the servers, and the information related to the
pictures will be stored in a database , max size of the picture will be max 3mb , resize image , convert… picture will be save in two folders , first folder will save thumbnails and another will save big pic. Ex.-600 x 450 I need a title for each pictures and i need the pictures to be in albums? Watermark on every picture!!
Then i want a kind of gallery page, where the picture will be displayed in a small format (thumbnails)
( like --> http://www.blocket.se/li?ca=5_s ) .
If there is only one picture, that picture should be displayed , but if there are multiple pictures, there should be a notification on the thumbnail (many pictures one on top of another)-like on the previous link.
When I click on some picture (one or multiple) I want to displayed full size pictures in another html
(like --> http://www.blocket.se/vi/16047232.htm?ca=5_s )
I want to work with experienced programmers who can stick to agreed upon schedules (no false illnesses, broken internet connections etc as delay excuses).
need to be able to communicate in English and do so by Skype

Hi,my cost is the Highest and hereby I assure I'll deliver the highest quality too.Do not suspect, my deliverance is sharp. I'm impressed that you are specific to your requirements and your reference has made it more clearer.Now,in short I want to be more specific too like I work with PHP5 with GD library enabled and GD library is the facility with which we can process image.Moreover, as your requirement we'll have to resize uploaded image twice for big and thumbnails.I'll resize it keeping its original quality above 90%. If you are interested the we can step further and if you have any more details that'll give the task a solid shape then please share and be specif as far as possible.
