Description

Hi i need a system that works like a dating website but for models and recruiters. Models can sign up and then they have their info showcased on website. Recruiters can also signup and have their info on website. Models can speak with recruiters and recruiters can speak with models with an integrated message system.

It's easy, i need you to build that easy system. I don't want a stylish layout, a simple layout because i will redo the graphics myself so don't waste time on graphics. Simply build the php system and login panel.

Requirements:
1.Provider will work on his own server then when ready i will pay and provider will transfer the files to my server.
2.Provider needs to work fast.
3.Read my reviews, i am honest and pay fast but if project takes longer then agreed on i will cancel project.
