Description: The exact language combination for this solution is left up to the programmer. DOM, PHP, DHTML and/or AJAX are the only guidelines. (no other script/languages/technologies accepted).

This is a repost of a job. The last programmer did not read the work detail and failed to finish what was described in the document. You can test the last programmers work here: http://207.114.196.236/_reporting/ (best viewed in Firefox) The code is attached to this post.

So I give you Fair Warning : PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE JOB. NO MONEY WILL BE PLACED IN ESCROW OR PAID UNLESS ALL DETAILS ARE COMPLETED. You can keep the code if it is not working because it will be useless to me. (I already have 1 useless piece of code. I will not be buying another one.) :-)

With that said, attached is the original work order document. You may ask any questions you wish and I will be happy to answer them.
The objective is to enable manipulation of the output of a query. The requirements of the solution are to manage the fields independently as described in the attached document.

This is not an easy solution for programmers with too little experience. It will be very helpful for you getting this job if you show us you've done something similar in the past. Please read carefully. Also, this job is the 1st of many steps in completing the entire site. You will be offered more work if you complete this job.
