Description

I need an exact copy of this classified ads website www.netmarkt.be + email platform to mail users + banner set ( 7 gif banners, same banner 7 sizes, nothing too flashy )

Please have a look at its functionalities. Let me list them here for you:
- front page must be the same ( different colors and design but same structure )
- latest ads on front page with image
- categories on front page just like example
- subcategories just like example
- ad details just like example, especially the images that load in the same screen with ajax and the page is not refreshed
- each ad with address should have a Google Map for the visitors to see where the product is located
- each advertiser(seller) has a profile, visible for the others
- option to see all ads by a specific advertisers(seller)
- option to sign in for the newsletter
- from backend be able to send out newsletters according to gender and location
- email template in the style of the website
- foreseen for adsense positions, just like the example website
- seo friendly urls plus a numeric value for each ad in the url
- place an ad just like this : http://www.netmarkt.be/insertad.asp
- people can also embed a video ad from youtube
- maximum 5 images per ad
- easy to navigate cms : delete ads, add categories and subcategories,delete users
- email confirmation for placing an ad
- contact page
- option to add new pages which will be displayed in the footer ( privacy, user guidelines, faq etc. )
- option to send an email to the seller, to save an ad ( only if the visitor is logged in ), to print it and to send to it to a friend

Please have a look at the example. It is not in English but if you know what you are doing you will easily find your way in what I mean. Especially the ajax function for all dropdown options in the ad detail is important because it is very useful and user friendly.

Only experienced developers will be considered. It is not the time to learn with this one.

All image psd files and the whole script, together with install guide will be provided after completion. First install is done by you!
