Description

I need a developer(s) for a CMS project. Here are the details:

Material:
PHP coding, AJAX scripting, MySQL Database.
All XHTML files will be provided, no design required. All are CSS+DIV

Admin panel:
All page contents will be updated via admin pages
There will be major categories but there will be 1 or 2 level subcategories under them. There items will be listed with lots of fields. Also we must be able to insert tables like MS Word insert table into the descriptions of the items. And these must be editable.
Admin panel will be user/pass secured.
All items will have meta tag fields like description and keywords. And these will be entered via admin panel.

Search:
There will be a search engine for all items going step by step and opening up a pulldown each time (4 - 5 pulldowns) than bringing the filtered results realtime.

Links and URLs:
All will be clean URLs. And sitemap.xml will be generated through the admin panel.

Timeframe:
After sending the project files, 2 weeks to beta and 3 days for testing.

Payment:
%25 will be escrowed upfront. Sent at the end of two weeks, rest will be Escrowed at the start of the testing period.

After the project:
There will be minor bugs/fixes in the project for sure. Fixing these will be included in the project.
