Description

I need an expert in Blog and forum to design and implement a Blog and forum for me in 7 days -

I need atleast the following as features in the forum:

1. Ability to make the Blog and forum look professional with good Logo ( I will share the Name of site)
2. Captcha security -- high end. I can't stand spammers, nor do I have time to moderate all users
3. Search Engine friendly posts -- very important
4. Very easy backend management
5. common userid and passsword for Blog and forum.
6. All users can write new posting(article) in single Blog but can't change others post(article).
7. Multiple topics and posts in forum.
8. Ability to easily share posts across social networks and other blogs.
9. Database backup
10. Easy image, youtube and html editing
11. I need space for Google ads on the Blog and forum

This project may lead to further work if I am pleased with the quality of your work.
