I need to make a complete 100% Arabic site for events management like "Upcoming.yahoo.com"..

Site provide a central location for visitors to view a list of upcoming 'Charity Organizations' like events, lectures, trainings ...

So there will be 2 kinds of users:

1. Charity or Organization user, this user has the below functions:
- Add/Edit/Delete Events.
- He can Add/Edit profile information like (Location, Address, Map of the location ..... Etc)
- Etc...

2. Normal user, Functions:
- Profile Control.
- Subscribe to mail list, or monitor any Charity events....
- Etc....


Site Features:
- Professional Web 2.0 Layout.
- Automatic Weekly newsletter for the latest events.
- Events should be categorized like (Events, Lessons, Meetings, Exam.... Etc).
- Integrated with the social networks like twitter, Facebook...
- User can add the event to his Google or yahoo calendar...
- User can put feedbacks.
- SMS support.
- Ajax where required..
- Website should be customizable in the future.

Etc Etc ...
