I own a website, co.mment.me

I would like a few things done.

#1 I would like a messaging system put into place between the users.
A. INBOX, OUTBOX, COMPOSE, DRAFTS, TRASH
A1. Inbox would need to be designed to show the recipent, subject, a date, time stamp, and a check field to delete the item. I would like the subject line to be bolded to indicate an unread message, and unbold to indicate a bold message.
A2. The Outbox would need to be the same as the inbox. However, when you click the outbox, I'd like the subject link to be bolded to indicate an unread message (as in the person who you sent the message to.. has not yet read the message), and unbold to indicate a read message.
A3. Compose would need to have a subject line as well as a textbox to allow the message. There should also be a spot to enter a members username (the messaging system should be setup that you send messages via usernames). There would also need to be a check field to save the message for later if needed.
A4. Drafts would need to be setup like the inbox/out box, but no bolded links are necessary. When you click on the subject line, the setup should be setup as a compose message, but with any data there left previously. There should be an option to delete drafts on both the drafts main page, and on the individual draft.
A5. I also have an admin area. I would like the option from disabling people from using the messaging system.
A6. I would like it so that there is a link in peoples personal profile pages that will allow people to send people a message.

#2 I currently have a bulletin board system. However, I would like it modified so that you:
A. Only recieve bulletins from people you're currently a friend with
B. I would like bulletins deleted every 30 days
C. I also have an admin area. I would like the option from disabling people from (1) sending bulletins and (2) recieving bulletins

#3 I would like a page that will show which of your friends are online

#4 I would like a page that will show everyone that is online

#5 Currently I am unable to change my admin username or password. I would like the ability to change this in the admin area, but also add more admins.

#6 In the profile page, people can leave comments. I would like the ability to allow comments to be deleted. I would also like it that after every 10 comments, you have to view a new page.

A. Update Page: I would like a new page added where you can make a text update that all your friends can view. Kinda like facebook. I would like to allow html links to work in this update. I'd like the ability to setup how many updates are displayed on a page, until a 2nd, 3rd, 4th page, etc are shown.
B. I'd like the ability for users to ignore updates from certain people. There is a manage friends page, so on this page would be a great place to manage that.
