Description:	We already have the option type contribution installed we also have the file upload for option type installed. We need two things done: 1)We need a additional option for displaying the input type "textarea" there is already the input type text field so you should just be able to duplicate that code adjust it and add a new field in the database for textareas 2)we need to modify the option type file upload so that it displays a scaled down thubnail of there uploaded image file right under the browse button and text input line , http://dev5.cartstore.com/lifesize-extreme-p-9181.html. We need a preview button right next to browse. There is a perfect example of this here http://www.wallbangers.com/custom/form they use a preview button and you can also do that. We prefer past experience with the option type contribution.
