Description

Hi, i need help with shipping module table rate, my website imports products direct from china, who have different price ranges depending on the weight,i need the values below:
Shipping fees

LESS Than Kgs 13gbp for the 1st 0.5kg + £4 every 0.5kg
MORE 21kgs 5GBP per KG
More 50kgs 4.5GBP per KG
More 100kgs 4GBP per KG

I also need different prices per item depending on quantity, for example:
1-5 £10 each
6-10-£9 each
11-20-£8 each
etc

Any help much appreciated, examples of websites can be shown with the work done if required
