Description:	I want almost clones of the US Wholesale Store and the US Retail Store on my http://dragonstonemagnetics.com/ site. I need these new shops for international users so I need the countries all there - I removed all countries except the US in those stores so that module needs replacing. I had some custom work done on the wholesale store so that a minimum order was $100 (I want to keep that) and so that they could not create their own account (I want the international customers to be able to create their own account) I also want a clone of the US magnetic mattress shop http://dragonstonemagneticmattresses.com/shop/index.php on my http://dragonstonemagnetics.com/ site. That would be exactly as is now except that I want it to have the same not being able to create their own account that the US wholesale store has now because I want it for US wholesale customers.
