Description

I have this project for my mother. She has her own business and she had asked me if I could help her out with her website.

I put the an oscommerce website together and now I need you to make the site more appealing with simple and calm colors and look less oscommerce.

It must have an additional feature:

When a user looks at an item. If that person closes the Internet Browser window I want another window to pop up.

If you have sample sites that you have designed previously please let me know. I might be able to tell you to design something similar to your previous work. So if you have references please let me know. Your bids are private.

Key Deliverables:
1. The skeleton of the site must be robust. If you click from page to page I want the header, left menu and footer to be in place and not move. When you browse from page to page I need the web site to have no text or tables or images or links shrink or expand.

2. Must be compatible with all the browsers and look the same on all browsers.

Please note that all bids will be considered very carefully. Bids that come with a proposal, ideas and detailed description are taken more seriously so please describe what you intend to do.
