I need a Fedex FREIGHT Module that only gives the customer the fedex freight quote.

I need my shopping cart to only offer fedex freight if the order is over 150 pounds and or Hazardous Material. Currently have UPS ground for all other shipping.
Tried to install freight Module myself - not working.
